GIFT GIVING

Can you gift wrap my order?
All of our items are beautifully packaged. Our presentation and packaging makes a beautiful gift every time and it is practical for traveling and storing your pieces. Included with every piece is a fold out card that tells the story of Aromawear and instructions for use and care.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes, every order is packaged and gift wrapped for easy giving. We will send the gift to the person specified under SHIPPING INFORMATION at check out. Inside your package we will include a beautiful card containing your personal gift message.

SHIPPING AND TAX

How do you Ship?
Within the US, we ship all packages USPS or UPS from New York City. Delivery will take 4-8 days depending on distance. For faster shipping, please call (212) 255-5126.

$0.00 - $30.00= $5.95
$30.01 - 50.00 = $8.95
$50.01 - 100.00 = $12.95
$100.01 - 200.00 = $14.95
$200.01 - 500 = $18.95
$500.01 + = $24.95

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an exact physical address under SHIPPING INFORMATION. We do ship to military addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please enter an APO or FPO as your city along with any delivery instructions in the Special Instructions area on the order checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping rates calculated and charged in the shopping cart are for US destinations. Additional shipping costs will be charged for international purchases based on destination and duties, and will be billed separately.

When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 48 hours for items in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within the following 2 business days. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for engraved items.

Do you charge sales tax?
If applicable, we charge local tax which will be added to your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed through PayPal including the following credit cards: Visa; Mastercard; Discover and American Express. Credit card users can checkout as a PayPal Guest.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase in original condition within 30 days of receipt of goods for a credit refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded. On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), please note the reason for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

If you would like something in exchange, please revisit the website to place a new order. We will issue credit for the returned items to the original order payment method and notify you of the details of the refund by e-mail.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

How long will it take for my order to be engraved?
Please allow an additional 2 weeks for orders which have engraving.

Will you customize Business Gifts for my company?

Some items will appear larger or smaller than actual size. Please refer to the measurements provided in the product descriptions.
